The "Köppeli Tea" project is dedicated to the stories of the women in my family. The journey begins with Ida Köppel and her original tea recipe. Every woman - from my great-grandmothers to myself - has her own unique story. Some are very beautiful, others tragic, but all are worth telling. These stories have resulted in a book and a new tea recipe called "Lia". Because the story begins with Ida and ends with Lia. The Lia tea contains a selected ingredient for each of these women. This project is intended to inspire people to sit down at a table with their own relatives, drink a cup of tea and simply listen to what they have to say.
